My passion for photography truly took off while I was travelling in South Africa, and that’s where I decided to turn my love for capturing moments into my everyday life.
As a proud Laurier and Georgian College alumnus, I’ve combined my education with my passion for storytelling through photography. I love meeting new people, hearing their stories, and celebrating love in all its forms. That’s what drives my work: capturing authentic, beautiful moments that reflect genuine connection.
Kindness is at the heart of everything I do. I believe in creating a comfortable and joyful atmosphere for everyone brings out the best in people.
When I'm not behind the lens, you can find me at my family cottage, a place where the simplicity of nature and the warmth of togetherness inspire me.
Also.. I do have a touch of sarcasm. That's my way of lightening the atmosphere and bringing out the genuine smiles during a shoot. :)

My approach
Your wedding day is about how you feel in each moment. That’s why my approach is rooted in connection, comfort, and storytelling.
From the very beginning, I take time to get to know you, so that when the big day arrives, it feels like a friend is behind the camera. My goal is to create a relaxed and fun atmosphere where you can be completely yourselves, because that’s when the most beautiful, genuine moments happen.
I’m more than just your photographer. I’m a calming presence, a cheerleader, and sometimes even an extra set of hands when you need one. I’ll blend into the background when it matters most, and step in to guide when you need a little direction.
The result? Timeless images that not only tell the story of your wedding day but reflect who you are as a couple.

The lead up to the wedding was great. Sam was super organized and provided tips and ideas for where and how to take certain pictures. For example she suggested we get a group shot of the entire wedding and it turned out great! Sam had been to the venue before and went above and beyond to get us pictures in all the beautiful spots around the property! We would have had no idea about them without her.
